SELF DEFENSE     C.A.P.

C.A.P. (Confrontation, Action, Performance) is a fast paced, high

intensity class structured to teach anyone to defend themselves or

their loved-ones from an attacker.  Based on Martial Arts instruction,

C.A.P. utilizes the same techniques taught by police academies and military training institutes.  C.A.P. training sessions can last from three days to four weeks.  In a typical three day training session, an individual can learn every technique needed for basic self defense instruction.

What can C.A.P. teach me?


With C.A.P. level I training you will learn techniques designed to defend against attackers, multiple attackers, basic weapons defense, sexual assault prevention and much more.  In levels IV and V, an individual can become a certified C.A.P. instructor earning great money from your own program!  Experience for the first time the self confidence gained from KNOWING that you can handle any threatening situation.  

With C.A.P. Training come peace of mind. 


Level I:  12 hours total training
Level II:  12 hours advanced training
Level III:  24 hours masters level certification
Levels IV and V are for participants who have completed levels I-III and are interested in becoming certified C.A.P.S instructors.
